Streaming Hub

Streaming Hub is a flexible, open-source collaboration and content-streaming framework that automates complex scientific workflow generation, scientific analysis, and data extraction. Its streaming capability covers data streaming from multiple sources such as streaming genome analysis and transcriptomic sequencing, and data streaming from clinical trials. It also provides tools for web-based application development, data cleansing/cleaning, and data mining. Streaming Hub’s key features include:

Streaming Hub

In order to take full advantage of the incredible benefits of Streaming Hub, it is imperative to have the right Network layer. Streaming Hub offers two different networking layers and therefore it can be used for different streaming services such as HTTP or Streaming Web Services (Sws) androgenetic RNA (srpn). The two different networking layers allow the users to easily control the streaming content, manage their data, and also configure it according to their requirements. A Streaming Hub user can easily create custom streaming content with different formats and quality standards by using an editor provided by the hub. Another useful feature is that it provides users with a simple, graphical user interface for controlling the various Streaming Hub events and processing jobs.

Streaming Hub was developed by a group of scientists and engineers from University of Cambridge, University of California, and the University of Virginia. The Streaming Hub software has been in continuous development for the past five years. This means that the software offers true value for money and it has been used in many scientific research projects. When used in conjunction with the hdmi protocol, Streaming Hub offers the following benefits: increased throughput, reduced input latency, better quality of data due to better compression, and better quality of streams due to better network latency. To take full advantage of the benefits offered by Streaming Hub, it is recommended that both Bluetooth and HDMI connections be utilized.
